3 year anniversary with Tim Sheen

This week we caught up with Tim Sheen MCIOB, our Operations Director, who is celebrating his third anniversary with the business.

“I remember both how easy and exciting a choice it was for me to join Curve Workplaces three years ago. I had been keeping an eye on them since Michael Potter MRICS and Andrew Wilkinson started the business in 2016. Particularly their growing reputation for being an ambitious team with both the expertise and enthusiasm to deliver exceptional workspaces for all their clients.” Said Tim.

“The last 12 months have been particularly enjoyable and rewarding. There has been a wonderful cohesion and can-do spirit amongst the whole business, and the Delivery Teams have just gone from strength-to-strength.”

Ryan Morgan’s Design Team and Russell Rints's Pre-Con Team have continued to dovetail wonderfully, and we have won some terrific work with both our Occupier and Investor clients."

“Meanwhile our three Project Managers, Craig White, Scott Ellis, and Jake Gibbs have become a tour de force both as a team and individually. I am particularly proud of achieving back-to-back 100% on the Considerate Constructors Scheme for a recent project for Legal & General Investment Management (LGIM) and one for World Duty Free - WDF.” He added.

Curve’s Chairman, Andy Wilkinson said: “I remember that when we approached Tim it was the perfect storm. He was looking for his next move to run the Operations Delivery process for a design and build company, we were ready to beef up that side of our business as we developed our growth plans.”

“Tim has simply brought a robust, consistent, professional expertise to the day-to-day running of our Operations. He also has a keen eye to develop people in their roles and adds a lot of value to our overall business planning strategy.” He added.
