Curve's 5th birthday - part 1

This month, we’re celebrating Curve Workplaces’ 5th Birthday.Over the past 5 years, the business has grown and changed, so we thought we’d hear from some of the longest-standing members of the team to reflect on their experiences.First up, is Director, Andrew Wilkinson.“I was part of the founding team, alongside Mark Bessant and Michael Potter. We all have an entrepreneurial mindset and we brought with us years of industry experience. We had a shared vision to grow the business and in just 5 years we have achieved so much.In 2019, we were recognised by the Sunday Times Fast Track 100, as one of the UK’s fastest growing businesses, and this has certainly been one of the highlights of my career and an incredibly proud moment for Curve.Over the past 5 years, we’ve also received awards from the Thames Valley Property Awards and have been short-listed for SME of the Year at The Thame Valley Business Magazine Awards. These accolades, along with the hard work and dedication of the team have helped us win contracts with businesses such as Nikon, Legal & General Investment Management (LGIM), Commvault, Royal London Asset Management (RLAM) and Iress. In addition to the financial growth of the business, which achieved a turnover of £16.5m in 2020, I am proud of the talent that we have attracted and retained. Experienced industry professionals, including Jon Odey and Calvin Williams have joined the business and have been instrumental in our progression. Curve is also passionate about investing and nurturing new talent in the industry, and our recruitment process continues to attract the best.I look forward to seeing what the future holds for our exciting business…”
