Project Start at York House

Another project at York House, Kingsway for Curve Workplaces & Furniture Forum! 👏Following the acquisition of York House by SG Rocks from CBRE Investment Management, we have been invited back to the building by the new owner to undertake Cat A+ works to the 7th floor.The roll of honour starts with Doron Lavi Segelson and Chen Buber of SG Rocks. The project is being managed by Carlo D'Ovidio and George Gardner MRICS of Constructive (who also provided technical due diligence for the purchase), cost consultancy by Alex Jones and Luke Couchman of Quantem and Quinn Ross as MEP consultant.From our side, Craig Lamden is leading the Curve team, working alongside Chris Wheeley, Alpesh Bhudia, furniture by Forum’s own Jasvir Panesar. Last but certainly not least it is another project with May Fawzy of MF Design Studio Ltd.We look forward to sharing details of the completed project. In the meantime, Robbie Rowan and Oliver Pardoe MRICS of Bluebook (London) are leading the letting on behalf of SG-Rocks.
