We were able to build a team, which consisted of three directors, who have all lived, studied, and worked in Bristol, alongside renowned Bristol based Interior Designer, Maxine Burge of Arcudio. The design of the workspace in central Bristol is set over 6 floors, with each floor reflecting one of Huboo’s core values.

Our project with Huboo has been the most unique projects over the last year. The innovative project has enabled Huboo to relocate to a beautiful historic property in Bristol’s Corn Market to support their surge ingrowth, which has seen the business increase its headcount by more than 800% in the past two years. It was due to this incredible growth which saw Curve implementing an aggressive, multi phased, 12-week project programme which saw the transformation of the 18,882 sq ft building which was originally built in1964. The entire project stands out for us as a particularly creative scheme, incorporating local street artists illustrations and ‘found’ items such as reclaimed deckchairs and cinema seats, which all add to the original design concept, developed to reflect Huboo’s remit.

Working with asset managers IVRE and local agents Savills and Alder King, a market-leading approach was developed which gave Huboo the flexibility to expand within the city centre building. This is testament to the forward-thinking Bristol commercial property market.
