Our involvement with One Station Hill began during the Covid-19 pandemic, when we delivered a marketing suite within a shipping container to support the promotion of the development.

Following the success of that project, we were invited to tender for CAT A works across Levels 5 and 6, alongside a design and build opportunity for the 15th-floor amenity space. It was a natural next step in a relationship built on trust and successful delivery.

The CAT A floors provide high-quality, flexible accommodation ready for future occupiers, while the 15th-floor amenity space adds another dimension to the experience of working at One Station Hill, creating a destination for people to connect, collaborate and spend time away from their desks.

Having first supported the development at its earliest stages, we were proud to return and play a part in its continued evolution, delivering spaces that support both occupier needs and the wider ambitions of one of Reading’s most significant commercial developments.
